ISLAMABAD: China’s Ambassador to Pakistan Sun Weidong called on Maryam Nawaz, daughter of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, here in the federal capital on Wednesday.
He enquired after the health of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. The ambassador expressed his wishes for speedy recovery of the prime minister. He also conveyed messages of Chinese president and the prime minister for Nawaz Sharif.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was discharged from London’s Harley Street Clinic on Monday after he underwent an open-heart surgery in the same hospital a week ago.
