ISLAMABAD: The local court has adjourned the hearing of Rs 4 million fraud case filed against Munno alias Double Shah till Monday, November 6 and ordered to produce the suspects including Munno alias double Shah before court on next hearing.
According to details, the Civil Judge Shaista Kundi on Saturday conducted the hearing of the case filed by Gulraiz Akhter Kiyani and ordered to produce the suspects on next hearing.
During the course of the hearing, Saif-u-llah, the counsel of plaintiff has informed the court that suspect Double Shah is in prison for twelve year awarded by NAB. The court has adjourned the hearing till November 6 and ordered to produce the suspects before court.
