LAHORE: Following the death of a lineman in Kot Radha Kishan area of Lahore, at least four employees – including two officers – were suspended on Sunday.
Electrocution was the cause of death of the lineman – identified as Abdul Sattar.
Chief Executive LESCO Wajid Ali Kazmi dismissed four workers were from duty for showing careless attitude that caused the death of a man.
The suspended employees include XEN Kot Radha Kishan Manzoor Hussain, sub-divisional officer (SDO), Line Superintendent and sub-station operator grid station.
